    Default Extremely P'd off!!

Well, it finally happened. The missus parks the VT at the shops for 10 mins, comes back and someone has side swiped me on the rear quarter/wheel arch/door. No note, and of course nobody saw a thing!! bloody typical, I'm fuming big time. You can see where whoever did it got out and licked their fingers to try and rub away some of the paint transfer (no usable finger prints, I checked) and then took off.

I'm fed up with this crap, if I ever did that I'd leave a note for sure because I was brought up to respect other people and their property.

Rant over, still annoyed, likely to be for some time. I'm now in the dreaming stage, you know, the one where you actually catch the jerk!

    HI Guys,

Unfortunately, it's an outdoor lot that does not have cctv or any security other than the fat security staff who sit around the back of the centre smoking and talking all day.

Nah, don't have a camera, but theres a big long crease/dent from middle of rear passenger door along the top of the rear wheel arch (which is fully dented in), total about 60cms in all.

sounds like what i did to my parents car.

i did it while reversing while the windscreen was iced over.. couldnt see a thing..

    anyway.

what happened in the end was the door needed to be replaced.

all i can say is i hope you got insurance. since it was a clubby i ran into it woulda cost about $1500 to be repaired... $250 later both cars were fixed.

but that's a dogs act, ****ing ****s someone without the balls to own up to it, atleast i told em straight away.. and my dad made the insurance claim! thank god for no claim bonus of over 8 years. woot!

oh and his insurance that year went down by $60 - to $320 for the year xD mine would have been $1600 to make the claim
