After Market Steering Wheel on VT ??

Hi guys,

i've got a 97 VT Exec (with only 1 air bag in the steering wheel) no passenger air bag. and my standard wheel is in very bad condition. so, i'm getting rid off stock one and not really wanna spend $300+ for the new (used) ones (from ebay). so, i'm thinking going for the after market and just wondering does anyone done this ? and what boss kit (part number) to suit the VT ?

(note: i know it not legal but i'm gonna do it anyway)

A quick look on ebay shows quite a few stock steering wheels in good condition going cheap.I know you know it is illegal but you will have a problem with rego, possibly insurance (if you have it) and a good chance of getting defected if you remove the air bag.

item number 330350563001 on ebay. 50 bucks 4 standard wheel. Why not upgrade to a leather wheel while you got it off 4 not much more $$$ ?
