ok... so i had my heater core changed by holden for $1000.
Anyways on the way home i noticed that at full throttle it was very sluggish. It didnt rev as quick as it used to. It holds the revs at 4500, doesnt peak out and doesnt change gears.
My mate says maybe the computer just needs a little time to adjust after the battery been out so long and all.
And after about an hour of driving it was back to normal. It was perfect, as if nothing was wrong.
what are your thoughts on this???

the weird thing is it was only like that for about 30mis to an hour after that it changed like clockwork.
I went for a cruise yday and it was perfect. I will definitely tell holden though. I have to go back on monday coz after they worked on it my instrument cluster wont light up. I told them when i picked it up their fixing it for free, also one of the dash panels doesnt sit right. So gotta tell em bout that as well.
Yep sounds like they have done something.
Let us know how u get on please.
Good luck.

Well like i said above it was like that for only about 30mis or so its been 2 days now and its fixed itself, it perfectly fine. But will definitely let them know about it. See what they say. Also have it put in writing that if it happens again soon that they will take a look at it and fix it for free. One thing i have learned In my 3 short yrs of owning a car is that verbal confirmations dont mean sht. Get it in writing.
I'll let you know how it goes.
