hey guys im not sure if this is in the right section so im sorry if im causing any inconvenience.
Got a slight bump here in this picture of my car. Anyone have any ideas on cost effective ways to pop it out? Im willing to do it myself.
If anyone would know how much it would cost for a professional to do it i would want to know the price too, just for reference. Cheers.

You could take the headlamp out and try gently heating the panel and then pushing it back into place.
Has it cracked the paint or creased the metal?
Because it is a metal guard, you might find, (as i did with my rhf guard) that the metal stretches when it is dinted. so you may not get it perfect.
It might be worth taking the guard off if you can't get good enough access to it from removing the headight, but being in a pretty inconspicuous spot and on the edge, it shouldn't be too hard to do a decent job of it.
good luck with it
if you dont want to spend any money and dont want to claim, you should take this car to your local trade school and ask them if they are interested in using it as a learning tool for students.
the apprentices will have to repair it correctly as they will be assesed on the repair and it will cost you fark all!!
failing that you can buy a suction cup tool and use it to pull most of the dent out without paintwork.
but really to repair this properly will require paintwork, approx cost of repair and paint will be $225-$400,depending on repairer and warranty etc
get at least 3 estimates if you decide its too much for you
cheers
