Engine transplant can it or has it been done?

In another post i was asking about how long i can expect my v6 ecotec to keep on going. Cause I was thinking about maybe saving up for a new 3.6 alloytec and 5 speed auto but i dont know how hard a job it is and who in WA would take on such a job.

Any of you guys got any ideas?

well i wouldn't know an exact figure, but all i know is it will cost alot lol.. and especially if your not doing it urself.. probably easier to sell your VX n get a VZ in the end.

well i'm no expert lol.. logically it sounds difficult, needing different looms, and not to mention the engine will be expensive.. but someone might come in that has done it themselves and say its easy as lol..
