Hi I'm getting some VY SS 18" rims for my VX and I've been told it will look a little high without lowering, is there any springs that anyone can recommend? I dont want to go super low but just so it doesnt look weird .. thanks
All commodores are to high out of the factory in my opinion. Some Kings lows will make them look better, but even better to put lows on the front and the next size down (can't remember name) on the rear, makes car look more even.

18" Should not look any higher. I know that if you put 20" on the VY then it will look a little high, but 18" is no problem (although it may be in the eye of the beholder).
Although i'm not going to stop you from lowering it. I think there are generally 3 heights: low, super low and ultra low. So it lowers the car by 40-50mm (low) 50-60mm(Super low) and 60-70mm (ultra low) if i got that right (someone should correct me if not).
Im sitting on 18" with low fronts and super low rear, and it sits just perfect.
