Uneven Boot

The boot on my VX S pack is a bit uneven when its shut on the left side. This wouldn't worry me normally, but when I have the music a bit loud in the car, from the outside you can hear a loud rattle in the boot from the sub, but when you push the left side down, it sounds better and the rattle is gone.

Has anyone had this problem before?

I don't know much on the topic, but could a panel beater fix this for you?
There shouldn't necessarily be any new panels or re sprays being done, just mainly panel/boot fitting, so it shouldn't cost too much.
The reason being is that i took off and re fitted my own guard as good as I could without putting too much effort into it (it is going to be replaced soon anyway) and figured that a panel beater could fit it way better than I ever could in a lot less time.

on both ends of the boot there are big black rubber stoppers that work like screws, adjust them to let each side of the boot lid drop further down, or push up, creating a nice solid brace.
