Window winder

Hey just wanting some advice.

My nob fell of my front driver side window winder and ive just been like making do and some how winding the window up and down for months, finally its given up and now the window does not wind up properly at all.

I think i might have broken the pulley kit, im not to sure.

Does anyone know how to remove the door trims properly.
Last time i tried i broke my speaker grill :/

I was kinda a bit keen to put a berlina window kit in but not to sure if anyone has ever done or heard of this.

pretty shit if my window doesnt go up and down properly.

i got the new window handle just need to know how to check to see if the pulley isnt broken and how to get to it.

please help!

If its a power window how did you wind it up and down with a winder?

I would say you have a manual winding window and lost the clip that holds the winder in.
I recon youve stripped the splines of the handle out
