aftermarket headlights

Hi all, I have those aftermarket projector headlights on my VX II, last night while on way home from work noticed that the passenger light was very very dim and that the high beam lights have come on very very dim on both passenger and driver side but the driver side headlight is still bright as it has always been. Any ideas on what has happened to might light? Also when I go to turn my headlights off the switch will be off and dash light will be off but the headlights still on even once door is opened and everything, I have no idea and getting really pee'd off
