Lightbulb s/c L67 idling to high problems?

my L67 vt calais has started idling higher then normal about 1000rpm instead of the standard 800rpm the only work thats been done is a new fuel filter and i cleaned the air filter, i also found a small rubber elbow broken that goes to the boost solanoid but i fixed that apart from that i dont know whats causing it to idle high?

Any help would be very helpfull..
    Thanks

it wouldn't be a vacume leak because that would make it worse.. to be honoust 1000rpm at idle aint bad mine sitts on 1000 and i have no probs it makes easyier to start when cold.

My Idles about 1000 rpm but it has mods ,clean your IAC valve on the TB and see if that helps ( the plug on to of the TB goes into it and its held in with 2 Screws before you ask lol)
