remove end screws. remove screws under the rubber, remove little keyed screws from underneath. Or drill them all and and tech screw it all back together like a cabinet maker would....

If you are having trouble with the screws under the weather strip as they dont like coming out just jull the top of the skirt not to hard then the screws will pop out ,you need to buy more but they are very expencive i ended up going to big W or harware store and got some of these screws they hold better and are not plastic like holden ones .The holden one are about $4.00 each,,,how to remove side skirts on VT Series 1-100_8775.jpg

Wall plugs? I guess if it works. Oh and I am a cabinet maker and I wouldn't just tech screw it all back together, would use some glue on it also lol.
