    Default vx ss fan belt snapped

    hey fellaz my fan belt snapped today whilst driving!! ive bought another belt just wondering do i need any special tool to fit it cheers?

    Im pretty sure thats what he means

    You dont need a special tool. You just need a big socket wrench thingy to loosen the belt tensioner so you can slip the belt on, then tighten it up again.

    no differant to the six bud, spring loaded idler pully on the top left.
    14 mm ring spanner iirc.

    cheers fellaz thanks yeah serpentine belt thanks!!! all it dun was cut out my power steering and my temp just blew str8 up !! havn trouble findn a diagram

    thanks too all that helped ive fixed it... now the orange ( ithink coolant symbol ) has popped up on the dash board any ideas????? thankz

    add coolant>??
    or check the wiring to the reserve tank.
