Tranny mounts, CV joints, centre bearing...
Probably just diff backlash which is not common but certain to happen in all commodores at some stage lol. Nothing to worry about man but i know it still dont sound good and your looking at diff reco or new diff to get rid of it.
Hi ive had the tail shaft inspected and centre bearing and front cuplink and uni joints all replaced and still clunking was done when reco gear box put in.. tranny mount is fine looking at getting cv joints looked at..... i was thinking back lash as well... i feel like throwing whole diff out lol r cv joints expensive to replace or hard for my hubby to do any info be gr8
