went shopping today at the elizabeth centre, got back to my car, and i see that some little prick has stolen my RHS side indicator.. Ive been quoted 32 by moto traders for a replacement.. Anyone else bought them before? How much u get them for?

Honestly who the *** does that? /rant

yes thats a dogs act and is very common on vts and vxs as the side indicators come off very easy and unlcip off with bulb and blub holder from wiring harness, afew yrs ago my mates ones got pinched and assholes cut off the wiring with them was a bitch to repair, was a poor design by holden they should of made them more security like the vz they have a scre fom the inside, i would try ebay around 30 buks for 2 or else holden spares a good 60 buks!

32 bucks is nothing mate. id be thankfull that didnt do anymore damage to the car. but yeh get on ebay, cant go wrong.

You have the clear side indicators, people with VT series 1's do not, so someone steals the clear indicators off someone like you and puts them on there car, can't sell the orange ones because no one wants them. So the person who has had theres stolen, steals them from someone else because they're "not payin' 30 bucks for 'em".
Buy them new off ebay, not used and hopefully this silent epidemic of clear side indicator theft will be stemmed.

yeh ive had a look on ebay.. $40 for 2.. Plus postage.. May aswell go with moto traders.. Its just annoying cause its a seroius waste of money..

And yeh they were kind enough to just unplug it lol..

i was actually thinking it was probably a person who has theirs stolen by the jealous vt s1 owners lol..

Yeh im never parking on the myer side ever again..

But while in mototraders got myself some new bulbs, because one of mine blew.. I got phillips +80%.. I now can actually see where im going.. So there is a plus

, to this whole situation..
I suggest them to anyone looking at replacing their h4's..

Happened to me. They took both of mine. Broke one of the wires too...so have to fix that. Have been procrastinating about it though...3 weeks later and i still cbf fixing the problem

first time my VY seen that car park at the shopping centre, they did more damage than indicators. your lucky! if you dont care about the indicators put orange ones in. no one nicks those

Only problem with that is that narrows it down to half of Elizabeth commodores :P
