Hi My VX SS Commodore makes a clicking noise when I drive. I''ve reved the car in park to check if it could be engine related but do not get the sound. But when I accelerate I get this clicking noise that comes from the rear righthand wheel. As I drive faster say from 0-50km/h the click gets progressively faster but once I get to around 60km/h it goes away. If I let the car roll at any speed without accelerating it doesnt make the sound, it only makes it when I accelerate.

I have it booked in for a check up tomorrow arvo just wondered if anyone would have an idea of what it could be, I'm willing to do abit of DYI, just wanted a place to start.

I have done a bit of a search on the net and it seems that alot of people have the same sort of noise and it's their axle needing some more grease.

any thoughts?
