Taillights VT Executive Series 2

Hi all,

I was just cleaning my New VT Executive Series 2 the other day and noticed there was a wiring loom to a second set of tail lights. They dont seem to be getting any voltage. Is there any way of hooking these up? i just was going to wire into the other working taillights.

The loom connectors may be for the repeater lights in the boot garnish on upmarket models, like acclaim/calais/statesman.

They might be controlled by the BCM ?

Sorry what do you mean by "2nd set of tailights".

Do you mean the centre garnish lights like out of the calais or berlina models?

Yah those ones, the wiring, lights and globes are all there, but wont work.

the VT ones you need to piggyback the wiring onto the parkers only.

A job for an auto-sparky I say....

Strange that you've got the loom and that but its not connected... Unless your boot has been taken off a calais/berlina...

Dont know if it was, me old man and i could get the deal done. I have wired up cars before. So should be no issue! Thanks for your help guys
