Guards and bonnet

Vx commodore front bumper and passanger side front guard are smashed up i need to remove them anyone got a quick easy DIY?

I figured it out by myself, it's not that hard for both of them.
unscrew numberplate and screws in each wheel arch (1 per side for front bumper) 3 screws under bonnet/ above grill then pop sides out of clips, be carefull not to tare the bumper.
Theres too many screws to mention of the guards, just take em all out, you'll be right
