Default VT berlina catback exhaust need help...

i have a vt berlina commodore 2000 and i recently got a 2.5 twin dump catback back exhaust put in with custom extractors and doesnt reali sound loud wondering what i can do to make it a lil louder but not a heap louder. theres a guy down my street has the exact same car and exact same exhaust setup but he has mandrel bent and hi-flow cats in sounds reali nice and good noise level things i thought of :

thinkin of taking the rear muffler and either running straight pipes or a smaller muffler put in

or running hi-flow cats (dont no how much diff but hav heard they make a diff in ur noise level) is that true?

taking the middle muffler out and running straight pipes

also does anypone know what mandrel bent means or does?
thanks let me know what u guys think

mandrel bent means the pipes diameter doesnt change the whole way through the exhaust, giving it a more free flow. whereas normal bends squeeze the pipe at the bends making it smaller than 2.5.

i suggest keep middle muffler and get a smaller rear one. if you go straight through tailpipe it'll sound like a tug boat like mine. which is what i like anyways

yeah, get a mandrel system, because if its not loud on a twin system then something is wrong there. Also suggest taking off the back muffler, sounds awesome that way. You can always then do your extractors and high flow cat later

nah i havnt got a vid man but it is pretty loud when u give it some, police prob could pull me over but havnt had any troubles with it so far, drive sensible and they dont target ya

highflow cats are exactly that they have a higher flow rate for the exhuast gasses then a standard cat

forgot to add although its loud it has a dam nice tone to it for a v6
