    Default Nolathane 48166 Adjustment

    help!

I fitted the Nolathane 48166 Radius bushes a while back and set them both to +1 deg

I got a wheel alignment the other day and these were the results for the caster.

    Caster: LH +08°32' RH +08°31'

They said I need to take a degree off the drivers side and bring it back for another alignment.

Problem is I've lost the instructions. I found this post How To Replace Radius Rod Bushes VT / VZ but I know that's not correct because mine goes 4mm 8mm Flat Bush Flat 2mm and that's +1 degree not standard.

Does anyone have the instructions around still?

I'm really desperate, need to get the car in at 8am tomorrow morning for the alignment.

Figured it out, +1 example was wrong. Should be like this:

    -1/4 deg Caster Setting
    (A) (B) (C) (D) BUSH (D)

    +1 deg Caster Setting
    (C) (D) BUSH (D) (A) (B)

    +1/2 deg Caster Setting
    (B) (D) BUSH (D) (A) (C)

    STD Replacement Setting
    (A) (B) (D) BUSH (D) (C)

    FRONT OF CAR -->
    (A)=8mm spacer (B)=4mm spacer (C)=2mm spacer (D)=Flat Washer

Acutally it turns out they are wrong too and I ended up with minus ¼ degree.

Got hold of an original copy of the instructions and will post here soon. Until then, nobody follow these instructions!
