i'm swapping my 4wd drive for a 97 model vt 2mos. The guy who owns the vt has personalised plates and wants to keep them but said he'll get new plates for his car and put his personalised plates on my 4wd. So can he do it? how do i know the plates are ok and not off an old car in his back yard? im in qld and not sure how it works up here
