Default Hesitation on start up? Running out of ideas

Ok, so I have a fresh recond super 6, 20 thou over, injectors sonic cleaned, manifold machined due to heat stress warpage, leads are only 3 months old before I blew up the last engine, just put new NGK plugs in, took out performance memcal and installed original.......But it still takes at least 4 seconds on the key to start it, what am I missing? new coil pack? new fuel pump?
My other engine would kick over straight away . Im truely stumped.

Could be alot of things that could cause hard to start eg fuel pump leaning out, not holding pressure (so you will need a fuel pressure gauge to see if it holds pressure, leaking injectors??? just cuz they have been reco doesn't mean they are ok. But way to test them start the car up, turn it off, then disconnect all the injector plugs wait a few hours or over night, then start the car the car up with the diconnect injector plugs, if it starts then your injectors are leaking. Another thing could be a coolant temp sender, if it is faulty if will be giving then ecu wrong signals eg TOO COLD and the injectors will be fully open and pouring in the fuel. Hope it helps

Thanks mate, I will give it a try this weekend. At least you've given me another possible scenario.
