Hey I'm new to this and wondering,

I have a VT and I'd like to buy a sports exhaust for it and get it lowered as well. What kind of exhaust can i buy and where is the best place to buy it and get it professionally installed, for around $300. Also if i could get it cheaper from a wrecker, (if so what wrecker and how much?), then get it professionally installed, how much would this cost? I live in Adelaide and i have called up a few places but still not sure what to buy and where to buy it from.

With lowering the car i have no idea what the average price is so i don't know where to go. I did call up Midas and they said it will cost $750 to lower it 2". This didn't sound right to me. Also would it be cheaper if i bought the springs from a wrecker?
