Putting VT chrome Grill into VX SS front bar

Does anybody know how to put a VT chrome Grill into VX SS front bar?

I just bought myself a VX SS front bar and want to put my chrome grille from my Vt into it, yes, yes i know you can't simply replace it and work needs to be done but does anyone know how?

on the s and ss front bars they are inbuilt and can't be removed unless you do some choppin and that could all go wrong and leave you with a useless peice of plastic. you could always try the spray on chrome and a couple coats of clear before you paint it in the car colour so if it stuffs up it can be painted over.

There was one around my area that had it done .It had the vertical bars and lip removed (the bit that the vertical bars are moulded to ) maybe you could make a cardboard template of the chrome grille and place it over the SS grille to see what needs to be removed.

Well i finally got it done and it looks friggin awesome, so happy with the result. My Panel beater is awesome! He has made it so the grille is still removeable just like in the VT bar.

that looks mad, iv got brought some chrome ones for my i reckon vt grill looked better than the vx ones
