Front Wheel Hubs

Phoned holden to get a price for new front hubs, and was told that there are 2 different ones for Holden VT Commodore 1998 and it depended on your vin number as to which one.
Pricing was $210 each for one and $580 each for the other types. WIth my car which is an ex police car of course it takes the $580 ones. Can anyone tell me what the difference is for the 2 types of front hubs for the same make and model?

Vt series 1 has the round abs sensor plug hole thingy, VT series 2 onwards have the oval shaped abs plug hole thingy. Have a look on ebay as they are a lot cheaper than that. This will also confirm build dates for suitability. (they ask for your vin as sometimes the build date is incorrect)
