VT Ecotec not starting...

Hey all, I bought a VT Executive recently and it won't start...

When I first got it I had a problem starting it but it was intermittent It would crank over but not fire, but eventually it would start. It progressively got worse and now won't start at all. I also found out there's no spark
Any ideas as to what it might be??? A few things that have been metioned by some people include the crank angle sensor, the coil pack module or the key itself.

hi there, i had a similar issuse with my VTII you'd turn the key it would crank a couple of times and then stop cranking all together, then you'd try to start it again and it wouldnt even turn over, finally got it going got home and the central locking on the key wouldn't work. flat key fob battary not sending a long enough signal or no signal at all to ecu $100 later no starting issues.

It also sometimes turned over with out firing.
