Hi all,
Just bought a 2002 VXII Calais. The CD player (maestro series) I think is faulty, I have three hyphens (---) on the readout and can get nothing else. The car does not have a manual and it's saturday Arvo. Is there a code I am supposed to put in? Is it a fuse - if so, where? Aerial won't go up or down etc.
Any advice welcome!

it sounds like you need the code. Does it let you try to punch in a code but then locks up when you get it wrong? If it does then you will have to contact your holden dealer and give them your vin number and whatever else they need and they will give you the code![]()
Yes, thanks, the Dealer let me know it had a flat battery and as such he just needs the VIN no.
Thanks for the advice though!!
Yeah I had the same problem when I got my VX Series 2 Calais..... But the dealer got the code for me and sorted it all out.... Congrats on the Calais..... There a real nice car.... Good Choice.... What colour?
Cheers to all for advice, the dealer came up with the code - they changed batteries while it was in for service before we took it up. Car is black with charcoal leather upholstery. A lovely car, only problem is that we had a VN 5L Calais and it had a 90 litre tank and new one only has 60 litres - still, can't complain, much more fuel efficient that the VN.
Cheers
