Check the thin vacuum hose connected at the rear of the intake manifold.

I'm having the same problem, so I opened the dashboard and checked the vacume hoses behind the AC Controllers and they seem fine without cracks to let air out, and you said that I need to check other hoses on the engine side but I don't seem to find them. so I would be gratefull if anybody could tell were to find them...
    Thanks

As I said in the post before yours, there is a thin vacuum hose that should be connected at the back of the inlet manifold near the firewall. Sometimes it can come off or it can be loose.

i have this problem with my VT too picked the misses and new baby up from the hospital today it was 36 degrees by the time i got home i'd had enough. So pulled the car apart the sarvo checked all the vacuum lines but they seem ok, There is a plunger thing you can push to make it blow air on your face i'm thinking of holding it in and filling it with expander foam

This is a common problem with all VT VX models.
The mode vacuum servo motor splits a diaphragm internally and can't hold vacuum when the engine has extra load on it for more than a few seconds (as A/C vacuum is generated by inlet manifold vacuum).
You can buy a new servo from the dealership for next to nothing and it's easy to change. Pull the old one apart and you will see the split diaphragm.

Do you have a part number for this? I am trying to fix mine but can't find the part number or a picture of the part in my VT workshop manual. Any help would be great.

Forgot to add mine is climate control if that makes any difference
