    Default Headlights coming on

    G'day

    Just purchased a vt2 berlina and have had no probs with it for the 3 months i've had it until yesterday when driving, the headlights came on during the day (overcast). i didn't think much of it as i'm used to it in the vz but the berlina doesnt have the auto lights and the switch was set to off.

    i'm hoping its just a fault in the switch. Any other ideas as to what it could be?

    Sounds like a faulty switch. Put another one in and see what happens.

    hmmm havent had them stay on while the cars was off, yet.

    will get another switch and see what happens.

    hmm i saw a VT the other day, when it came into the shed at work the lghts came straight on.. it too was a berlina... is it not a factory thing?...

    my wagon has it...

    nope its def the switch. i noticed today it has no click as you turn it and seems to want to spin as i'm drinving.
