VT Security

Hello VT owners,

Can someone tell me for sure, what security options were fitted to the different class VT's (Executive, Berlina, Calais, S, SS, Acclaim, Lumina etc.)

From what I gather it was immobiliser on all, with Calais having an alarm...

OK, from memory:
Executive/Equipe/Olympic/50th Ann: immobiliser, deadlocking
Acclaim: as Executive, plus alarm
Berlina: as Acclaim, plus Remote approach lighting(S2)
S: as Executive (not sure whether has an alarm)
SS: As Acclaim (not sure whether it has alarm)
Calais: Deadlocking, immobiliser, alarm, remote approach lighting(S2)

That's just from memory, I'll look up later for sure and edit if i need to fix anything up. im sure VT owners or anyone can correct anything. A good site with VT specs is http://www.users.on.net/~nweber/commodore/vt/index.html

Can anyone comment on the quality of the VT series immobiliser/alarm? Has anyone upgraded the system to a Cyclops or similar (which I currently have in the VN.)
