how do i go about paintin the plastic dash inserts in my 99 VT commodore?? any1 have a link on how to take out the parts ie. vent covers, dash module (2 piece part), door handle surround etc, also what wood b the best paint 2 use for this kinda of project?? have attachd sum pictures of how i got the idea off sum1else

The best way i found it was to lift up the bottom part near the drink holder and work your way up. Theres screws either side of the ciggi lighter and from memory they are all just clipped in from that you can just pull out. Also the screws in near the speedo. I sanded it first then used VHT plastic vynal dye and some clear coat on top. Didnt turn out to bad. Good Luck man
where would b the best place to by VHT paint?? and would there b a color the same as my car?? its champagne colored

quick fix: sand back lightly, plastic primer, paint, coat of lacca, put back in.
and just get your paint code, go to autobarn or a paint shop, and they will mix you a can...
