vt bcm where to find them

hi every one some problems with my vt series 1 1997 5 speed manual it wont start and stuff freaks out like relays skitsing out the rev tacco and speedo goes up and the car shows a full tank which it has but the fuel light on and the interior light dosent come on and the aircon button does not work either i think it is my bcm can any one help me please cheers

Does it have traction control?????? if it does, then it sounds like the ABS/TRACTION CONTROL unit is playing up
