how can i tell if i have a LSD

Just wanting to know if there is anyway i can tell if my VT S pack came with an LSD as it was an option, is there a way i can get under the car and look is there a marking sorry if this is a silly question.

ey mate simple get under your car look at the diff ussually the LSD diffs have a high performance tag on it, which is easy to see and my mates by memory wrote LSD on it

easy way to tell, harden the f*** up and get on the break for a few seconds and if it kiks to the side and goes up the street side ways then its an LSD if you just stay on the exact spot and smoke up a hell of alot then its a piece of shit diff and you need to get an LSD installed.

jack it up and turn one wheel by hand, if the other one turns, it is an LSD, if the other wheel doesn't turn, it a single spinner or a screwed LSD, usually a single..

Just light it up burnout.... I mark on the road no lsd. drifting with two marks you car has been fitted with lsd

single spinners will limo too if there isn't enough traction like on on grass or in the wet.

i have a vs acclaim im 99% sure its a single spinner, but if i sit on the brake it limos almost every time i think my diffs just ****ed lol

cant you achieve that by welding a normal diff or something?

not if it LSD'd almost every time, a welded diff is the tightass way of having a spool, it would LSD every time unless the weld breaks
