which system????????
VX V6 exhaust sytem....done a bit of ringing around.just wanna no wat u guys think would be better.. Found a redback system with twin 2 1/2" dump tip for 380 all fitted from dandy exhausts. Or the catback system with hotdog and 2 1/2" dump tip for 350 fitted from ferndale exhausts in ferntree gully. any advice would be much appreciated. Thanks

what brand is the other one? redbacks get 2year warranty i think... haven't had any problems with mine. Get it with a resi to keep it not to loud, hotdog is slightly smaller resi.. which is slightly louder or with a straight though pipe if youd like to experience large amounts of drone. I've got a resi on mine, and i can only just handle the drone. $380 seems average with a tip, could probs get em down to at least 350 if your good.

not sure wat brand the other one is.. :S guy just said 2 1/2 inch system from the catback with a muffler and hotdog and the tip i want.... the tip i want is the 2 1/2 inch twin dumps...... retail for 120 in autobarn... so he said the system is 280 but he would do the tip included for $350 thats the way im gonna go i think..
either way, 2.5in with a hotdog will sound fine, my mate had a vx with the same setup sounded fine. hotdogs do a decent job in reducing drone yet still having a decent/loudish tone on the outside.
nice... well that system is a go ahead for the next week or so to be put in... cheers for ur help....
