Handbrake Sensor Fail? Service Warning Reset Not Working?

Hey guys,
Just wanted to know wat i can do to fix my handbrake sensor, no matter whether the handbrake is on or off, the light still displays and beeps and after a few days im getting quite annoyed.. Anyone know how to fix?

Also, i went to reset my KM UNTIL SERVICE via the instructions in the handbook, i even went to a auto electrical place for them to give it a shot and we both couldnt get it to work, anyone know why that could be so?

You could have a look at the wire thats near the handbrake there will be a switch that triggers the light to come on and off maybe the switch is buggered and causing the light to stay on..

I would think that the problem lies with the handbrake warning switch in the handbrake lever, it might be stuck in the on position or faulty.
No idea about your other problem.
