Using a VY Headlight Switch in a VT Dash + Wiring?

Any chance? Will it fit, wiring issues etc? Have one laying around, mine is broken would save me money if its easy change...

From what i remember the VY plug is different from the VT/VX plug. So you won't be able to plug and play.

I'll see if i can't find out exactly what I'm talking about, or maybe someone else can shed some light...

I think it's something to do with the VY having the foglights and headlights all in one switch while the vt/vx had the extra foglight button.

Well that could work out for me, i'm getting a set or driving lights put onto the vt, so if i can buy a harness and re-wire the wires into the by harness to include the fog lights & headlights it could work, however does the wiring structure follow similarity?

Anyone have a wiring diagram for vt headlight switch and vy headlight switch?
