throttle body and brakes

Hey guys.
Just doing a bit of late sunday arvo work to the vt.

I got a executive series 2.
Looking to do a throttle body clean i got the can but cant remember which hose to dissconnect and also how to do a brake flush i know im supposed to disconncted a hose on each brake but which one and how to do it.
Quick guys message back its getting dark and i need this stuff done asap!
