Vt electric aerial help

hey guys i just bought a genuine electric aerial to replace the stock areial in my exec vt. i have connected the ground and the plug from the areial to the loom also connected the areial cable into the car.

but when i put the cd player or radio on, it doesnt move. is their any cables i have to connect to the back of the cd player?

Do you have a Stock Head unit or a after market one?

You need to connect the aerial trigger wire.

hey i have a aftermarket 1. which colour cable is the areial trigger cable in a vt? and i want it only to come up with raido not when the cd player turns on. any suggestions?

what brand headunit have you got? not all of them will do it

The aerial remote or trigger wire is usually blue.
