Drivers door wont open!

Hi all, the drivers door on my VT won't unlock/open. I've searched the forums and have found threads with similar issues and it seems it might be the actuator. My question is, how do I get the door open? has anyone managed to pull off the panel while the door is shut and then successfully open the door? and how?

Hey Mate,

I had the sort of the same problem. I just unlocked it with the button (to disable the alarm) then used my key to get the drivers door unlocked.

If its deadlocked that wont work if the actuator is jammed ....

Sorry, guys, should've been more specific...... the door can actually unlock manually but it just doesn't open, its deadlocked. Any ideas?
