the rear quarters arent removable. Only way would be to grind/cut off the quarters and part of the structure and weld it on. Alot of work. Cheaper to sell your car and buy a VY. If your in QLD, somebody is selling a VY for $8,000 with rego/rwc.

    VT's are worth 4k-5k
probably spend $1,000 on panel beating, welding etc to get it done
plus $1,500 to paint entire rear end of car (thats if you know somebody, expect to pay more!!!)
+ cost of boot, cost of sourcin rear end of VY, rear bar, tail lights etc....

    your easily up to 10k

where as sell your car for 4-5k (or more, depends really..) put on 2.5-3.5k and get a newer, much better car.

imagine, no camber issues, better interior, better exterior, and higher market value for resale later on

Unless you can do the work your self and realy want the custom look then its not realy worth it.
Even then it would most likely be a better to buy a vy and bolt a vt front end on it.

The rears are only Spot welded on and aren't that hard to remove just very time consuming. My dad just removed 2 from my VT's as well as the dog legs. It can be done without costing you an arm and a leg. You will need a little bit of knowledge, a power drill, spot weld remover drill bit, Mig Welder, Hammer and Chisel.
If it's not a Symptom its not relevant, and if its not relevant I don't care!
