weird transmision gear change problem!

hey all i have a series 2 vt acclaim lately when iam driving whenever the gears change in the transmission i can really feel the gears changing feels like a jerking and i pulling back feeling whenever gears change is this a problem or its normal just cant remember if my car used to have that feeling in transmision before its been serviced to and fluid changed so that wouldent be the problem, any other vts that are like that?

i have a vt berlina that does the same thing while driving in town but only if the power button is on? im hoping a trans flush and trans oil change will help

You might have a problem with your shift solenoids. If the gears change harshly and only at high revs then you could have a problem with your TPS (throttle position sensor).
