    Default VT ride heights (SA)

hey guys I just rang transport SA and they said that legal a VT can sit 357mm in the front and 334mm in the rear. Does this sound right I thought normally the front could be lower thenthe rear, I used to my VP thats 320mm fornt and 280mm rear.

you realise ur saying that a VT can be 35cm minimum ground clearance
I think minimum ride hight is 100mm
I may have broken the law, but that doesn't make it wrong!

Yeah thats correct mate. But now you mention it, wouldn't that be throwing the balance out and having the front too high?

It might with VT, if the guards are the same height (i have a feeling the front is flared more)

Such as VN/P which have flat guards, the lower measurement wouldn't effect anything (i know with my car i made sure it was level on all 4 corners)
