    Default horn help

Hi there all 25 minutes ago my horn went off on my vt series 1 commodore just the horn was going (consistantly) when i got out to the front yard which was less than 10 seconds no lights on the car (idicators, interior light) where on our sensor light was not on when i got there either? dont know why is this a fault with the alarm is this even the alarm or a possible break in? I did pull the horn relay and theft relay out it did stop when i pulled the theft one out.
Hopefully the car is there in the morning as well as my HEARING fark it was loud woke up half the neighbourhood woops.

Last night my alarm went off again for the second night in a row this time at 12:18 now I went to holden and told them what had happend the guy told me that since it was a continuios horn sound not beep beep beep that it doesent sound like the alarm he didnt know what it could be he pointed me in the direction of an auto electrician up the road to save myself some money.
I checked my relays and I do not have a theft horn one for my car or the metal terminals in the relay socket where it should go so it's definantly not an alarm what could be the cause of this? Oh and my keyless entry does not work when this happens so i have to get into the car manually appreciate any feedback

Yes it is the alarm going off, Check the Bonnet Switch, Boot Switch and door switches to make sure none of them is snapped/faulty one of them will probably be the cause.

If it happens again, check the flashing LED by the trip computer controls. It will flash a combination of different flashes (they are listed in the manual) telling which sensor tripped the alarm. It might start you down the trail to find the problem.

If it is an alarm then it should turn off when you unlock the car.
