Weird noise on vt

Hard to explain this, butonly recently my car has been making a strange noise from the outside. I can only just hear it from inside the car, and its only just as i brake, there seems to be a bit of a clunk noise. Also seems to happen when im not accelerating or slowing down, just cruising, its making a clunking noise every tyre turn almost it seems. Any help at all would be great, thanks

sounds like bushes are worn? control arm or otherwise?

mmm, is that bad?? i first thought bearings when i heard it, but not sure because its not over bumps, only asi brake

Sounds like bushes to me too, probably the ones connecting the strut bar to the control arms, a quick inspection with the tyre's off will confirm either way.

I just replaced mine, $55 replacement kit from Repco, they now come with bends in the rod and different shaped bushes
