Torque convertor vibration
How long have I got before i need to get a rebuilt gearbox, my car has started juddering at about 80km/h soon as it engages overdrive after maybe doing some stop/start driving in rush hour traffic guessing the gearbox has heated up as it doesnt do it if i drive to work at 4am with no stop start driving, I need my car to be reliable as work is 60k's away for me.

I had/have this exact same problem on my '94 VR Series 1. I bought it at 267,000km, recently I hit a dog at 100km/h, and have bought a VT, but the VR is still going at 330,000. Still having the same issue, but has not broken down...yet
