im looking into getting electric windows for my vx commy. how much for everything, what do i need?, where can i get them etc

Your going to need
electric regulators for doors $200
front switch $80
rear switchs $60
plus looms/plugs
(optional) mid/high BCM that works with auto window down.

auto electricians usually charge $70 an hour to do it, takes like 3-4 hours aprox.

if you were to do it yourself, it will take about 6-7 hours (no experience), honestly, do it yourself, just get the kit from any wreckers.

wreckers sell complete electric window conversions for $250, in my area atleast.

i also have a spare set of switches and looms. i MAY sell them if you're interested and price is right.

Cost is all relative to where you get your parts from. A simple search would have turned up the answers you were looking for.
