Interior Lights

Dear fellow forum members.

I am changing over my current interior lights (Boot, Glove box and Interior light) in my VX wagon. I ran into some trouble with the Glove box light though. I put in a LED Festoon light in it and it didnt light up. Is there a different wattage for this light? Also how do you take out the center interior light? I don't want to break it cause I'm a wuss!

Are you aware that LEDs only work one way (+ to +) unlike normal globes which work either way around. Maybe a faulty LED.
I assume you mean the cover of the dome light that you want to remove, just use a small screwdriver in the slot in the centre to lever it off.

i just needed to clean the terminals is all. but thanks! i now have a green glove box and green boot light! looks pretty cool.
