Vx berlina gen3 Cold air intake kit

Yep i'm searching for advice again on my Vx 5.7l wagon!! i want to put a full cold air intake system in and been searching around, im not sure what parts are needed to convert. There are the intake kit for $3-400 and then other parts. what should the cost of a cold air intake kit fully fitted? cheers am open to advice on this one.
