Hey everyone.
Today I changed over all my lights on the rear and all of them work except one reverse light. I've tried many different bulbs, all work on the other side, but this one doesnt work at all.
I tried giving it a clean, checked all the wires and I can't find anything wrong. Could it just be the connector that is stuffed? Is it easy to replace this? Or maybe it could be the wiring? Has anyone else had this problem?
Cheers.
By change over, what do you mean - replaced with aftermarket ones?
Did the reverse light work before you started fiddling?
By changed over I mean replaced all the bulbs.
No it didnt work, but I just thought it was a blown bulb.

Take your car down to your auto-electrician or if you are handy do it yourself. But what you need is some 10 amp wire. I got my auto electrician to do mine.
Re-wiring the reverse lights
There are differing ways to do it, so I've put a suggestion wherever appropriate.. First you need to purchase some 10amp wire (green color for consistency sake if you want).
* Take the reverse lights out of the VT garnish & cut the LIGHT GREEN wire and solder the newly purchased hookup wire to it.
* Run to the edge of the boot where the factory loom is, we suggest you use electrical tape to keep the wires neat and hidden on the RHS boot hinge
* Run one wire to the RHS ( find the easiest path )
* Run the other to the LHS through the parcel shelf (there are some holes to run the wires thru)
* Splice in to the light side of the plug, into the DARK GREEN WIRE.

Best of luck for it, if you have any questions, although I am only 16 i know alot about Vt commodores.
