VT 5.0 Cam Recommendation

Hey fellas

My wife has a 1998 S1 VT SS 5.0 manual.

All she is interested in is a lumpy sounding cam at idle... As lumpy as possible without being too undriveable.

Being manual i thought it would be ok.

What cam do you recommend for a lumpy idle?

Are there any other hidden costs or do i just stick the cam in? Motor is stock.
