Use a leather cleaner followed by a leather conditioner.Definitely not Armorall.

Where abouts are you located? I agree with accentstencil, dont use armorall. When i got my car detailed at Final Inspection they used a cleaner and conditioner, and the results are amazing. Here is a a pick of the leather being cleaned... You can see the colour difference. After a few applications of conditioner, the leather is getting softer and softer... And gives the car a "new car smell".

For the cleaner, conditioner and application pad is about $80, but its well worth it. The results are amazing. There are also heaps of instructions over on their forums, so if your serious about keeping your car in top condition spend the money and buy proper quality products. Nothing worse than spending many hours to get a crappy result... which you will with something like armorall. Final Inspection Online Store

    Cheers

Main problems are armor all makes shit slippery, also hardens leather making it prone to cracking. I never use it on my dash either.
